Sara L. Gabin

My name is Sara L. Gabin. I have been an Oregon Attorney since 1981. Ever since, I have been helping injured and disabled people in the Portland Metropolitan area. If you hire me, I will help you navigate the legal process involved in your Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation claim. As your lawyer, I will guide you gently, but firmly, through the maze you are facing, explaining what you need to know to make important decisions. I will work as efficiently as I can because I know you have no time to lose. I will not stop working for you until I have exhausted every appropriate legal avenue.

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 1978 with a BA in Economics, and from Willamette University in 1981 with a Juris Doctor.

In addition to the Oregon State Bar and Federal District Court for the District of Oregon, I am a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Association. To keep my skills current and to sharpen them, I attend regular continuing education sessions through all of these organizations.
